Business Process Modeling and Analysis

A critical part of understanding business needs and requirements is business process modeling and analysis. It is essential to understand how to model the business process and how to use this information eliciting, communicating, and validating business and software requirements. This course provides a framework to evaluate which business process modeling technique to use as well as a framework to facilitate business process modeling in the IIBA BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) Business Analysis areas of requirements elicitation, requirements management, requirements communication, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, requirements validation, and solution assessment and validation.
