Learn how to leverage Use Cases as part of the requirements process. In this course you will discover effective applications of Use Cases and when to use them. This course will look at Business and System Use Cases, basic Use Case constructs, as well as practical and insightful workshops to give you the confidence to use Use Cases.

Following this course you will be able to:

• Use a Use Case Model to describe solution scope
• Identify the basic components of Use Cases, and Use Case flows
• Understand how to facilitate Use Case creation with stakeholders
• Understand Use Case linkage to other requirements and project artifacts (Business Rules, Data Requirements, Process Flows, Design Specs, Business Requirements Document)
