Manage project scope, schedule, costs and resources to meet all project requirements
During the execution stage, a project manager's focus shifts from planning to leading, participating, observing, and analyzing to assure that what was said would be done is being done. The project manager must track and monitor project activities to measure actual performance against planned performance, review and communicate status and future actions to stakeholders, monitor and control risks, establish a change management policy to control changes to the project, and establish an issue tracking process to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
