Manage Performance and Achieve Results
Developing a successful performance management process is critical to the success of an organization. Performance management is a business process that provides the opportunity to continuously improve an organization's overall performance by achieving its objectives through its people. This course is for managers and human resource professionals who design and/or support the performance process. It focuses on using performance management to get the best results out of people and to drive organizational alignment to strategy. During the course you will examine each component of the performance management cycle, learn tools and techniques for each stage of the management process. You will also learn how to set goals and practice how to conduct feedback, coaching and performance reviews.
