Program Overview

Take command of your presentation and speaking skills

Powerful speaking and presentation skills are an asset in any organization. This course will prepare you for verbal and visual high impact communication-whether you're speaking to a group, or one-on-one with an employee, a customer, or your boss. You'll learn how to plan a presentation, use supporting materials, and begin and end effectively. You also gain tips for "selling" ideas, personalizing information in your presentation, and projecting believability. The focus is on enhancing your natural speaking style as you improve the content and delivery of your presentations.
