Achieving Results Through Power and Leadership

More than ever organizations need everyone contributing their best to succeed in today's competitive work environment. The fact is, we are powerful beings capable of much more than we realize. In the face of rapid change, uncertainty and seemingly random events, however; we often don't feel very powerful. In this session, you will do more than talk about power.
