Ecological Society of America Dormitory and Parking

ESA has partnered with the University of Minnesota to offer reservations for single or double dormitory rooms at the University of Minnesota Middlebrook Hall Dormitory. ESA will provide shuttle bus service throughout the week between the Minneapolis Convention Center and Middlebrook Dorms.

Amenities include linen service (towels, washcloth, sheets, blanket and pillow) on a single bed, desk, chair and closet space. Additional dormitory room amenities.

Check in at the main desk of Middlebrook Hall on the first floor inside of the lobby, which can be accessed from the north or south entrances of the building. Upon check in you will be provided with a conference card, (which has building access), room key and a lanyard. For those that paid for parking, a parking pass will be given upon dorm room check in.

Check in is available after 1:00 p.m. and check-out is before 12:00 noon.

Breakfast will be served in the dining room of Middlebrook Hall from 7:30-8:30 a.m.
