    Ethical Business Decision Making
    Program Overview

    Lead with strength and conviction

Ethics is a hot topic these days. Many times, leaders are forced to decide on issues where there are arguments on both sides - a problem that makes ethical decision-making very difficult. In your role as a leader, your ethical decisions and conduct have a wide impact. This course will provide you with an increased awareness of ethical issues in the workplace as well as aid in developing reasoning skills and processes to make more effective ethical decisions. Through conversations and case studies, you will explore the complexity of a multitude of ethical issues relevant to today's business world including responsibilities to stakeholders, impacts on corporate governance, and individual, organizational, and societal implications of such decisions.

Following this course you will be able to:

    • Recognize, understand, and thoughtfully discuss the dimensions of ethical situations and decisions faced as professionals in business
    • Employ a systematic decision-making framework in exploring and arriving at ethically sound responses to issues encountered in today's business world
