    Problem Solving and Decision Making

    Program Overview

    Generate solutions that get results

There is no single best way to solve a problem. Your point of view, ethics, and comfort with risk taking, as well as your skill in using various tools, influence your approach to generating solutions. Whether it's a production, customer service, sales, or performance problem, this course helps you assess the effectiveness of your problem-solving techniques and suggests other techniques that may be more practical and productive.

Following this course you will be able to:

    • Use a step-by-step process to create the best possible solutions
    • Combine creativity and fact-finding to solve a wide range of problems
    • Understand how decisions are made
    • Apply problem-solving techniques to work situations
    • Deal with personal and organizational issues that affect problem solving
