| Program Overview Understand the principles of adult learning strategies and organizational development This course introduces participants to the development of employees in organizational settings. It emphasizes the understanding and application of human resource development models and theories as they relate to training and development. You will gain an overview of adult learning strategies and the key components of training interventions needed to support and promote organizational development: assessment, design, development, and evaluation. You will also have the opportunity to examine the role that HR takes on as performance consultant when working on organizational training and development initiatives. Following this course you will be able to: - Understand the principles of adult learning strategies
- Explore human resource development theories of learning organizations
- Gain an overview of the key components of organizational training and development interventions: assessment, development, implementation and evaluation
