    Manage performance and achieve results

    Developing good performance management is a continuous process. This course is aimed at managers and human resources professionals who design and/or support the performance process, and emphasizes the connection between organizational and individual performance. During the course, you will examine each component of the performance management cycle, and learn tools and techniques for each stage of the management process.

    Following this course you will be able to:

    • Determine what a good performance management process should do
    • Establish goals, standards, and measurements
    • Conduct planning, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
    • Deal with tough situations and imperfect systems
