Change is a manageable process with definite structures and outcomes that can be reliably anticipated. The goal of this course is to help individuals and organizations understand this, and to become better equipped to adapt to the changes they face daily. In this course, you will learn the structure of change and how to work with it to make you and your team's transitions smoother and more productive. In addition, you will learn how to help boost your employees' and your own resiliency in the face of change that you didn't initiate. Following this course you will be able to: - Describe the predictable phases of change and typical reactions to them
