| Program Overview Consistently develop breakthrough products and services Innovation is the lifeblood of most organizations. Managers must ensure that their organizations are equipped with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and organizational support to successfully nurture creativity and innovation. We will cover mindsets, processes, terminology, best practices, formal tools, and organizational and cultural issues that can increase the success rate of developing new-to-the-world products and services. Our goal is to give you a framework to allow you to "systematize" innovation.
Following this course you will be able to: - Understand the cultural, organizational, and personal drivers that impact innovative thinking and behavior in organizations
