    Program Overview

    Through lectures, exercises, case studies, and peer feedback, the Successful Manager's Leadership Program is an intensive, five-day program that assists managers in developing new strategies and action plans for accomplishing goals. Attendees also receive individualied feedback from a 360 degree multi-rater assessment.
