    Evaluate and use HR technology to leverage value

    Discover how technology can help you save your organization time and money. In this course you will learn how to spot the human resources management tasks that can be effectively automated, as well as identify and select the computer tools appropriate for your needs. You will learn the key components involved in computer automation including human resources information systems (HRIS). You will also gain an understanding of HR technology definitions, tools and metrics used to measure the quality and cost-effectiveness of HR functions. In this course you will learn how to effectively understand and leverage HRIS in your organization for better results.

    Following this course you will be able to:

    • Learn and evaluate the key components of an HRIS system
    • Effectively measure and manage HR services and productivity
    • Explore what to look for in HR technology system selection
